Native Floral Wedding at Collits Inn

Emily & Beth

Such an incredible day with the amazing Emily and Beth and their doggo Marley at Collits Inn in Hartley Vale, NSW. After multiple postponements and covid restrictions affecting their plans, Emily and Beth finally got to party with their beautiful family and friends at the base of the Blue Mountains escarpment.

Emily and Beth’s first date lasted for hours at Archie Rose distillery in Sydney. They hit it off straight away and didn’t look back. The proposal Emily said took almost as long! Visiting a winery in Orange, Emily had planned for their dog Marley to have a little sign on her collar asking Beth ‘Will you marry my mummy?’. Emily says that Beth didn’t want to go to the winery, didn’t want to take the dog and then didn’t notice the sign for ages! But when she finally sunk into the moment she said a huge yes!

Emily and Beth's wedding at Collits Inn in Hartley Vale was a truly special and unforgettable day. Nestled amidst the beauty of nature, they exchanged vows surrounded by the bush and with the breathtaking Blue Mountains escarpment serving as their backdrop. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun and filled with Beth’s large family laughing all day! Although Emily's family from New Zealand faced travel restrictions preventing them from attending, there was a silver lining as her sister Keren managed to arrive just in time to witness Emily marrying the love of her life.

Good food, good wine and a dance floor with Beth’s grandparents setting the standards (they were good dancers!) finished the night on a huge high note!
