Ready to Book Your Elopement Photography Package?

Lock in your wedding date and confirm your booking with a $1000 non-refundable retainer.

You can decide on the exact package that suits you closer to your wedding day. Once your schedule starts taking shape and you have a clear idea of where and when you'd like me to be, we can confirm the final package.

My most popular packages are 8 - 10 hours of photography coverage with a fine art wedding album.

Once you pay the $1000 retainer and sign the contract (which secures your wedding date), the retainer will be credited toward your chosen package. You can decide on the exact package you’d like after booking.

At that point, I’ll block off your date and turn away any other enquiries.

The remaining balance is due one week before your wedding day. You can pay the full amount upfront, or break it up into installments—whatever works best for you. I’ll also let you know if there are any additional fees to consider.

If all of this sounds good to you, I’d be thrilled to be your wedding photographer! Let’s make this happen!

You can contact me here or on hello@kirstencunningham.com

Can’t wait to hear from you, Kirsten x

Looking for an amazing wedding venue west of Sydney?

It's been an absolute joy to photograph weddings throughout New South Wales over the last 12 years... here are some of my favourite winery & wedding venue locations west of Sydney in Orange, Mudgee, Blue Mountains and surrounds.

  • Yes I do. I love travelling for work and have photographed weddings in Italy, New Zealand, Queensland and all over New South Wales. Travel fees apply but are very reasonable to cover transport and accommodation.

  • Please email me saying you’d like to book and I’ll send through a contract and booking fee invoice. Once this is paid and the contract is signed your booking is secured!

  • For portraits sessions the full fee is due prior to the shoot date.

Weddings and elopement require a $1000 non-refundable booking retainer which secures the date of the wedding. All remaining fees are due seven days prior to the wedding date.

You can chose which package you would like anytime between paying the booking retainer and the week before your wedding when final payment is due.

I understand timelines evolve and the booking retainer most importantly is to lock in your date! I really don’t mind how you pay - in lump sum or instalments.

  • 100% yes. I believe that love is love and am so excited that same sex couples now have the same rights as everybody else.

  • I understand timelines evolve and you may not know how much wedding photography coverage you want until you finalise your run sheet.

So when you decide to book you don’t need to confirm which package you’d like until much closer to your wedding date. The most important thing is to secure your date while it is available and that you have an idea of budget and what the packages cost.

My most common wedding package is 8 hours + an album or 10 hours of photography coverage.

10 hours will cover all of the below.

8 hours will cover most of the below with shortened time in prep and end of night.

6 hours usually covers prep or reception but not both.

    General wedding day photography coverage…

    1. Getting ready - the details, the nerves, your people.

    2. First look - if you want one?

    3. The arrival, ceremony, the kiss and walk down the aisle as a married couple - woop woop!

    4. Formal family photos straight after the ceremony- short and sweet I promise.

    5. Beautiful portraits - let’s have a good time, and not a long time away from your guests!

    6. Reception shenanigans, heartfelt speeches and amazing food.

    7. Dance floor happiness.

  • Absolutely! I will be with you every step of the way (especially with timelines and timing your portrait sessions with sunset) and if you need me at any time in the lead up to your wedding I’ll be there.

After you book you’ll have access to a client area with all of the information to help plan your wedding.

  • Elopements are micro weddings of less than 20 people. With less scheduled activities, they generally need less photography coverage.

Elopement packages start from 2 hours of coverage and are available mid-week during peak season or weekends as well during winter.

Weddings have 20 or more guests and usually have a full day of activities that need more photography coverage.

  • Weddings require me to be an event, portrait, food, wine, architecture, interiors and fashion photographer all in one day! I love doing commercial work. Please outline your job when you enquire so I can provide an accurate quote.

    My commercial page is https://www.kirstencunningham.com/commercial-photography

  • Absolutely. I have up to date public liability insurance up to $20 million. I’m more than happy to send you a copy of you or your venue require it. Just ask.

  • If you needed to change your wedding date due to covid legislation the $1000 retainer is able to be moved to another new mutually agreed upon date, but isn't refundable.

Please note all wedding cancellations whether related to Covid 19 legislation or not, are subject to the terms and conditions of the contract - which state the booking retainer is not refundable as after your date is secured all other work is turned away.

  • Yes! When you pay the $1000 non-refundable booking retainer and sign the contract your date will be secured and all other potential work is turned away.

  • Most weddings I photograph my myself and easily cover everything. However if you have a wedding of 100+ guests or have special requests a second shooter can be very handy!

Please note this is subject to availability depending on the location of your wedding and availability of securing a second shooter.

  • Weddings packages will have a sneak peek of 20-50 photos delivered via an online gallery within 48 hours of your wedding. The final gallery will be ready 4-6 weeks after your wedding day.

Lifestyle and family are generally around 2 weeks unless there is a prearranged rush edit.

  • There is an unlimited amount of images you will receive. For weddings and family it is around 50-100 edited photographs per hour of photography. Lifestyle will depend on what we are photographing but I don’t have a capped number of images. All edited images are included in the pricing.

  • I upload all of the high resolution images to a private online gallery where you can download them in web and print size. I send this via email and you can share the link with family and friends.

  • "As a couple with very little experience in front of the camera Kirsten had us both feeling very comfortable and created the most amazing moments as well as capturing the candid moments we love so much. Not only was Kirsten our photographer, she was our ultimate hype-girl, guest organiser and a treasured part of our day.""
